Dave, a 40 year resident of Fair Oaks / Folsom, has been involved in Real Estate since 1988 working in Real Estate Appraisal, opened and ran his own business in the 90's (unrelated) then in 2000 began his journey back to his first love "Real Estate" as a Consultant. His sales production places him in the top 20 % of agents nationally.

He started as a Consultant with a local real estate firm in Fair Oaks. Dave states, "I worked for a fine company with quality management and agents. I was never unhappy where I was and they treated me very fairly, but after extensive research I found a company with a culture that was different than anything I had experienced.
